Physical Management
  • Process work orders and special requests by phone, e-mail and written correspondence.

  • Follow up and coordination with all requests and work orders with appropriate contractors or if requests require Board approval.

  • Work with contractors on obtaining bids for scope of work requested by Board members for work needed within the community.

  • Provide scopes of work as written by Board members or committees for bidding. This would be for annual budgets or capital projects or other projects throughout the year for the community.

  • Coordinate for upcoming projects, such as painting, paving, roof replacements, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, etc.

  • Coordinate Pool operations; fill out appropriate applications and paperwork required by City or County codes and the Health Department.

  • Receive, handle and coordinate after hour/emergency calls for community.

  • Provide site inspections for violation compliances.
